Offset printed pins allows unlimited coloring, gradient and even photographic detail. Our Japan brand <Koyosha> offset printing machines contribute to print vibrant and full-color magazine-quality lapel pin.
Colors can go all the way to edges of your custom shape metal pins, and no need of metal trim to separate colors.
Offset printed pins are ideal for designs that die struck lapel pin can not be accomplished.
Offset printing process also can be applied to cloisonné pins, imitation hard enamel pins and soft enamel pins.
Recommend to add epoxy coating to top of pins to keep the colors from fading and cracking, but still optional.
